The Universal 320/320R provides industrial operations with an exceptionally versatile centrifuge in a compact and lightweight format.

18 rotors — the most versatile centrifuge in its class With 18 available rotors and over 413 application configurations, the Universal 320 handles virtually any centrifugation task: from large 200 ml bottles to microlitre tubes, PCR strips, microplates, cytology preparations and Chrome Bath tubes. No other benchtop centrifuge offers comparable breadth.

Extremely compact and lightweight With a footprint of just 401 x 529 mm and a weight of only 31 kg (standard version), the Universal 320 can be placed virtually anywhere — on a standard laboratory bench, in a mobile analysis team, or in a confined production facility.

High performance in a small format Up to 24,900 RCF and 16,000 RPM — performance matching far larger and heavier centrifuges. Extremely short acceleration and deceleration times enable rapid sample handling.

Quiet operation As low as 48 dB(A) with fixed-angle rotor 1611, making it well suited for use in open industrial laboratories and production facilities.

Available with and without cooling The Universal 320 for standard applications and the Universal 320R with integrated cooling from -20°C to +40°C with a pre-cooling function.
