Frequently Asked Questions

The glass door provides a full visual overview of the contents without opening the freezer. This reduces temperature fluctuations from unnecessary door openings and makes it easy to locate the right product quickly — particularly important in busy blood banks and clinical environments.

The Plasma-Vision 400 Touch has a 400 litre capacity, is more compact and has a lower noise level. The Plasma-Vision 700 Touch has a 700 litre capacity and is suited for larger storage volumes. Both models share the same controller system and certifications.

The DMLP TOUCH module is equipped with a buffer battery that ensures temperature recording and alarm function are maintained even during a power failure. The hold over time is 1.5 hours for the 400 model and 2 hours for the 700 model.

Yes. Both models feature an Ethernet port, potential-free terminal block and support the Modbus TCP/IP protocol. The FIOCCHETTI LAN SUPERVISOR can monitor up to 100 refrigerators on the same network.

Data is stored for 10 years on SD card and 1 year on internal flash memory. The latest 32 events are displayed directly on the screen. Data can be exported via USB, SD card or RJ45.
